Job Summary

The Supplier Relationship Management role is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The person in this position will also identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Additionally, this role will not only answer client queries, but also liaise with our internal Customer Service and Operations teams in order to ensure an ideal client experience.

Carl Mazzola, Chief Strategy Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with clients in order to increase revenue.
  • Pursue relationships with potential new accounts and seek business expansion opportunities with current clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal.
  • Provide sales quotations and respond to requests for proposals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Work on projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in a relationship management or equivalent role
  • Detailed knowledge of products and services being offered.
  • Proven work experience in related role.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel).
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
