businesses, institutions, and government agencies from paper checks to electronic alternatives. Boost
is an independent sales organization dedicated solely to the business-to-business and business-togovernment communities and assists those sectors navigate the complex world of electronic
payments.
Job Summary
You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication skills.
Required Qualifications
Technical
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
10 years technical development, with focus on highly reliable transaction processing systems
5 years C#/.NET development with proven skills at object modeling and application design
5 years SQL experience – MS SQL preferred
Experience with XML and JSON
3 years’ experience in payments, financial transaction processing or accounting
Demonstrated track record of delivering reliable, high-volume processing systems
Experience in agile development
Python experience a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
Candidate must be able to:
Multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Transform user concepts and requirements into functional, simple, reliable solutions
Drive projects to completion
Write clear documentation – both functional and technical
Produce and execute comprehensive test plans
Work well under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical staff and clients
Keep current with new technologies and contribute to strategic system design and direction
