Job Summary
Boost is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer with a proven track record and experience developing solutions in Salesforce, as well as in C#, Python and SQL Server. The person in this role will work directly with Sales and Customer Service users to develop solutions in Salesforce. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also build and maintain components that integrate between Salesforce and Boost’s suite of applications in the B2B payments space.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop data-sharing integrations between Salesforce and other Boost applications.
Develop reporting solutions that combine Salesforce data with SQL-based transaction data.
Configure Salesforce to streamline Sales and Customer Service processes and improve customer experiences.
Transform user concepts and requirements into functional, simple, reliable solutions.
Drive projects to completion.
Identify workflow/system improvements and work with team to enact change.
Write clear documentation – both functional and technical.
Produce and execute comprehensive test plans.
Work well under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical staff and clients.
Keep current with new technologies and contribute to strategic system design and direction.
Qualifications
10 years technical development, with focus on highly reliable transaction processing systems
3 years’ experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce
Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com architecture
3 years either C# or Python programming experience
Advanced Excel skills
3 years SQL experience – MS SQL preferred
Demonstrated track record of integrating Salesforce with outside applications
