Head of Product Development and Commercialization

Job Summary

The focus of this role is to define and execute a vision, roadmap, launch and ongoing management of a new-to-market b2b payment solutions, inclusive of supporting a range of end strategic partners. This role will facilitate a strong collaboration with internal Boost teams including technology, finance, risk management, sales and marketing. A key focus will be leading external partnerships with solution providers and end customers. This role will drive product value proposition, define the fee structure, pricing and commercialization strategy. This role will also lead and manage the relationships with key partners inclusive of business development and sales leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to keep Boost at the forefront of the Digital payment transformation.
  • Consolidate industry trends and innovations into product offerings for Boost customers.
  • Lead new product development initiatives, with a strong focus on business development, external partnerships and commercialization.
  • Lead business development and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Establish sales channel strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience and proven success in translating business strategy and analysis into successful digital products.
  • At least 5 years of Product Management or Business Development in the digital industry.
  • Candidate ideally possesses payments expertise inclusive of the b2b ecosystem.
  • Experienced product leader with a record of accomplishment for creating and developing new product capabilities from initial concept to launch.
  • Proven ability to lead a range of initiatives end-to-end to meet client commitments with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing relationships and cultivating deep partnerships with external vendors and partners.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
